    Worked perfect, my laptop did not have a CT drive, and I need it one to open medical records from my military career!, Or go to Staples and pay $10 a page that wasn’t gonna happen. Great fix for people who needs this.! nothing to do except plug in play.

    Initially had issues with the device not recognizing the disc and reading photos burned onto a DVD-R. After reading all instructions several times, I plugged it into the USB port adapter instead of USB C port on my desktop computer and also turned off Wi-Fi. The device works well now. Roofull was eager to assist me via their email support site.
